Good bit of scope there for rear-end matrix messages!
Ready-made for Police vehicles - or others wanting to offer suggestions to tailgating 'erberts.

Surprised no-one has thought of it before.

That early Pony was a nice little car, I sold quite a few of them and the buyers were always satisfied.

That looks very like an Austin A35/40 van? :)

I always forget what the distinguishing features of the A30/A35 are, although I got a decent lesson from Malcolm formerly of this parish some years ago now. Its the one with the white grill :-D I'll be splattering it on the classics thread shortly. :-D

Chrome grill on the A30 painted with a chrome surround on the A35, those kidney cutters on the headlights were frowned on by the A&E doctors.

:rant2: I’m just waiting in reception killing time, so thought I’d just post about an awful Jaguar F-Pace I’ve just seen on the dual carriageway.

This has one of the worst rear indicators I’ve ever seen.

When the driver puts his brakes on it completely masks the flashing indicator to the extent that it merges into the brake light!

So you cannot see the indicator at all and may as well not bother using them like most of the other lazy drivers on the roads today…. :rant2:

Bit of a discussion about the "Classic" Nissan Leaf bug-eye lights on the Electric Cars whats Available thread.
mickthemaverick wrote: 06 Mar 2021, 21:39 I have just been playing to try and amend the thing I'm not keen on about that Leaf. Here is my version which I think looks much better proportioned.

There was some deliberateness about the design and some commenters on the mynissanleaf forum asserted that their purpose was "to deflect air around the mirrors" but complained "they protrude like 6 inches above the hood, it seems like a half ass solution to the noise caused by the mirrors"

They also allowed the bonnet line to be dropped to reduce drag.

Another commenter, lamented Mazda's change to the flush headlight
I had similar feelings about my '90 Miata, with the pop-up headlights. It wasn't long before kits were available to convert them into flush headlights and I seriously considered it. And of course Mazda long ago made the change themselves.

But now when I look at a Miata... excuse me, "mx-5  "... it's lost its charm. Too sleek. Too refined. To me, the pop-up headlamps represent the Soul of the 1st-gen Miata that won my heart. It didn't need a makeover after all.
Pop up front/flush behind!

Reminds me of a Nissan Leaf front end but with unnecessary bulky front wings jutting up. :-D

As I walked past this it stopped me in my tracks, and out came the camera.

That qualifies as being "interesting" in my book.

More of what on earth is that, dont think I'm that keen on it, odd looking lights.

Not intended as a sctatch your head whatsthisthen even left the badge on, and it looks like what it is, but don't think I have seen one quite like that before.
