Re: Room 101 open for deposits.....
Welcome to Room 101 again.....
Hard to believe that nothing has got on anyone's wick enough to make a deposit here since November.
Well for me........my deposit is going to be "The Main Dealer Experience"
Great thing about the FCF room 101...there's no need for a long justification, just shove something in. No jury to decide on the merits of whether its in out or out. Its a purely a personal choice.

Commentators...…...especially sports commentators, it would be nice to be able to watch and listen, have the atmosphere without the constant rabbit rabbit rabbit of some dolt spoiling it.

Across the board!
It is always the commentators, announcers etc. that ruin it fore me.
Not sport 'cause I don't like it but all other programs, radio and TV.

Airconditioning pipework and general paraphernalia, electrical connectors of unfathomable disconnection-method in flesh-ripping seemingly impossible to access locations, and in general overfilled engine bays.

Chinese garden solar light panels that are encased in resin on plastic causing expansion in hot temps and sunlight and consequent breaking of the foil circuits which cannot be repaired. I think £100 of these have gone into 101 in the last 2 years.

What a happy bunch of contented campers we all are
Nothing got on anyones's wick? This thread is to mop up without challenge or debate things which get your goat.
I'll have to look back in the achives....I have probably deposited over-small bleed nipples in Room 101 before but today, specifically NIssan Micra K12 bleed nipples are going in. They are ridiculously small. Reminds me of my first Mini. I guess they are a 7mm hex, but a 7mm socket is too big, and a 6mm socket doesnt fit over the nipple bit of the nipple to get to the hex.

Indeed - just looked out of the window at the place I park my car and the rear nearside ram is leaking.
Steering rack is failing too. Along with a number of lesser things.
Daughter has my car now, just taken her Megane in - needs a new clutch and a few other minor jobs doing.
Currently looking unenthusiastically for an estate, probably a Skoda, Honda, Volvo or similar.
A SAAB 9-5 came up but a bit too soon and a bit too quick (insurance) and a Subaru Legacy, same story, flat 6 3.6L 345 BHP.
While I'm on, Trump and Johnson can both go in, along with the majority of their cohorts.

Due to the age and decreasing availability of parts it's not for me, nor is a C5 any more.
Possibly a 407/8 estate but even that is questionable subject to trying one out.
This heap should last 'til the new year, hopefully.

Plastic brake pipe clips for front-back brake pipes which require undoing of a screw/bolt to release the pipes.
Not so bad if the pipes just press up into place.
