I have never seen or even heard of the existence of this camera before, but it turns out they were very popular in the 50's and there are a few on ebay. Nevertheless worth a posting on POTDPOTDPOTD I thought!! :-D

I was near Henley on Thames early this morning, and the Bluebell Woods are in bloom. There was also a pair of pheasants nearby.

Nice James. Good to keep in touch with the seasons, snowdrops have been and gone, daffodils on their way back now, bluebells and wild garlic flowers, primroses and cowslips all coming into season, and May blossom in the hedges and my solitary plum tree in flower but not quite in leaf :-D

I was impressed with the views from the top of the, new to me, lift tower they have built between the sea front and the high street in Southend:

Ok in an attempt to encourage others to join in and take the numbers of regular contributors to a higher level,
here's my 4th contribution of the day to POTD.

Surely there are some armchair farmers amongst the FCF flock? After police and crime dramas, and baking potting and sewing, celebrities trying their hand at farming, and farming and veterinary reality documentaries are all over the screens.

So POTD Agriculture Club moves on to a seasonal picture of lambs.
