No, gone the wrong way and washed out.
It was much darker but my camera failed to capture the myriad subtle tones of the sunrise.
Was only half awake or would have put it in manual mode and fiddled with it for a better result.
Laziness strikes once more.

Well, the Bluebell Woods are flowering again. These photos were take at 07:30 this morning. When I went past them again at 15:00 there was nowhere to park, as EVERYBODY had pulled over to take photos!!!

No bluebells here yet, still lots of daffodils out or town, and just spied lots of these:-

I did a bit of grass photography down at Northumberlandia. The purpleness of the tips, and how they were all flowing in a gentle wind caught my eye. Again my point and shoot still photography unlikely to reproduce the "live" picture but it does mark the moment and time.

Second lot of tulips about done. They have hung on bravely until now.

A rare 'not through the window' shot.

The most interesting car from the Stellantis Stable :?: At least the doors are different, if a bit of a rip off of the BMW i3.

The most interesting product from Stellantis is of course a light quadricycle...

Round here this is the only mistletoe I have seen, and it was unusually on a low hawthorn bush along "The Butts" by the river at Warkworth.

NewcastleFalcon wrote: 01 Aug 2020, 19:24 Now this is a first. The tangled leaves if you do not recognise them are Mistletoe, and the plant has grafted itself into the low branches of this hawthorn.

Hands up if you have ever seen mistletoe in the wild.

I had to go down through Whippendell Woods near Watford today, and I was very impressed with the local bluebell carpet, definitely worth an entry in our Bluebell Stakes: :-D
