Right Mick and anyone else who cares to join in, let's see if you can get this before Steve helps you out with his local knowledge (there is a clue in that)

Which underground station was that (first) Troggs video filmed at?

Regards Neil
A more obvious clue to give it away....same suits...this time on the train :-D

Well although I know which underground system it was filmed on and thus confirmed the coincidence on the advent calendar, I am still clueless about which actual station, my search of that system's pics didn't help and my knowledge of the host city is about as good as it is of Sunderland!! Do I get half points for the right system? :-D

I think the 21 song I posted on the Advent Calendar warrants a place on the jukebox so here it is:

Of course Mick, It is shown on the last 5 secs of the video but not very clearly. If you look at the comments on the video one identifies the station.

Swedish wiki on their site for the Troggs specifically mentions it but English wiki doesn't....

one for Steve
Troggs har spelat in flera av sina musikvideor i Stockholm, till exempel "Wild Thing" som spelats in på Odenplans tunnelbanestation.

I didn't know that although I did like the Troggs.

It has just struck me, looking at these dates, that it is almost Christmas :yikes:

I thought it was weeks away.
Ordered a set of snow tyres and find the workshop is shut until Jan 6th :(

I hate them all - with an exception!

I have several Jackie Evancho Christmas albums - the first went platinum in a couple of weeks.
They don't get played a Christmas though.

This is nice:

P.E.Jukebox back to the originals

Post by NewcastleFalcon »

Tainted Love, B side of a 1965 release by Gloria Jones which flopped. Picked up in the 70's in the Northern Soul Clubs of the North West, but had to wait for Soft Cell to make it go global :-D

Not with Nightwish any more.

Better by José Feliciano

Not his best effort, I have that on an album from the sixties.
