Re: Whatsthisthen?
If you can imagine the frustration of trying to kickstart a hot classic motorbike engine without the option of jumping over the side and push starting the ship, then you get an idea of what some ship's engineers felt like.

Re: Whatsthisthen?
The old Egyptian boatmen always stopped and restarted their engines backwards to reverse when I was out there.
Man is, by nature, a lazy beast, he does not need twice encouraging to do nothing.

I have a vague recollection of my dad having a cobble that could be started in either forward or reverse.

Re: Whatsthisthen?
Not sure about number 1 (Audi?), but 2 is a Mercedes, and 3 is a Polestar.

Re: Whatsthisthen?
Correct for the Middle one Number 2, it is a Mercedes EQA it has distinctive wheels
The other two in your punt 1, and 3 are not Jag and Tesla. I had a minor dig to get 3 which is more difficult than the red number 1.
Regards Neil
PS and James is right Number 3 Is a Polestar....The wheels again helped me get it.

Re: Whatsthisthen?
Full house James as far as I can Work out. I think the Red one is an Audi E-tron, the Middle one the Mercedes EQA and the White One A Polestar. Well doneHell Razor5543 wrote: ↑16 May 2021, 20:43 Not sure about number 1 (Audi?), but 2 is a Mercedes, and 3 is a Polestar.
