Had a quiet hour to spare yesterday so I got my vehicle sales register out to see if I could get a hint from it about 'snowy', no luck, but I am amazed at how many C15 vans, BX diesels and Maestro diesel vans I bought and sold in the four years when I continued trading after I sold the garage business :)

Gibbo,

Matthewsons have a C15 Van up for sale at Mathewsons on Saturday. :-D . Could you make something on it if it went for the Guide price of £1,500? or are classic auction prices pretty much "retail" prices these days. Does look in good condition, as ever a bit of a gap in the story, but none of the corrosion red flags on the MOT's it has had.

If it's exceptional condition and diesel some trader will make a few bob on it Neil probably but nowadays the private buyers attend the auctions and outbid the dealers, often run up by a crafty trader watching who's bidding from the sidelines.

I can see what you mean, maybe not enough revealed to give a fighting chance although the placement of that petrol cap slap bang in the "flash" is distinctive I think. So here's more...

Not a great help to a final ID, but maybe takes you closer

It does so hopefully this little bit clue will help....

..and another bit of assistance, there was a report on that model in June 1962 in the magazine "Modern Motor".
Even without finding the article the magazine should help with the investigation.
