I didn't see the front, as she went past me before I noticed what she was, but that is definitely her.

Couple of French grey's today at Jan's Cafe.

A quite impressive looking large grey citroen reversed into position A infront of the Cafe, one passenger popped out headed for a takeaway coffee and sandwich, while the driver remained in place. Obviously no chance for a photograph.....far too wierd and embarassing. Turned out when I got round the back it was one of those C5 things, but quite a big looking C5 well spec-ed thing.

Then in the carpark the second of the french Greys, this Peugeot 407

Walking down the road this morning, a red C15 went by (wonder if the driver was as surprised to see mine parked outside the house, which he'd just past). Must surely be the same one that I saw a couple of weeks ago turning to come up my road.

Saw a "gleaming white" 54 reg C15 in Waitrose car park.....the most interesting vehicle in the car park....(my Leaf excepted of course :-D). Was too slow to get a photo. I guess it was a well-looked after example...bodywork was completely unbattered as were the wheels which looked in almost new condition.

Wow, a couple like that have come on the market recently - at around the £1500 mark (& I think there's one still looking for a home - for £1,000 more)

On Tuesday, similar time & place, as the red C15 sighting, a dark green R4: looked newish!

Just drove past a white C6 just round the corner from home. Definitely caused quite the double take from me as they were rare even when current...

Large Citroêns in white seem to have been less than the most popular. Same went for XM. Our white 2.5 was one of thirty brought shipped to the UK for sale, but Citroen Slough found themselves somewhat stuck with them. Two-and-a-half years later, they were wheeled out to dealers on condition of 'immediate sale', which is how we got ours - 1000 miles on the clock (dealer M.D. had used it for a month), and almost £10k knocked off the price.

There is a hidden bonus with flat white (and maybe black, too) - they are unlacquered, so nothing to peel.

Now that is a bonus, I have had to refurbish and relaquer large parts of my C5 and there are still some bits needing sorting!! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

In Hurstpierpoint today (calling in to see my cousin) I saw this nice looking Citroen. I then got talking to the owner, and she has several Citroens. I have pointed her in the direction of this forum (she was not aware of it);

Lovely! Lived there - next to the fire station in Cuckfield Road - for a year, around 1980.
