Radio presets

Hi, collected a 23 plate C4 C series car today, which has loads of preset radio stations that I will never use. Is there any way of deleting them. I do know that I can save my own stations to replace the unwanted presets, but to be honest, there aren’t many that I want.

No, becasue these are digital DAB and FM stations picked up. That would be like telling the broadcaster I don't like your station, and I don't want it picked up on my car radio...

You can of course programme any you want into the slots that are shown, but the list of found stations will always be there. So any you don't want visible on the display when the radio is the source - you will have to find about 8 or so stations you do like to fill up the favourites 'slots'.

Absolute 70s. 80s and 90s - there's 3 for you right away

Thanks for the reply. It’s not the list of stations that I want to get rid of. Its those that have been saved as presets.

Can you not just replace the existing presets with ones that you prefer.

That’s an option yes. But there are more saved stations than I think I could replace.

Yes, just find some you can bear and overwrite them.
