This monstrosity, two Tesla Model 3's and a BMW E4 (I think it said E4, hard to see).
Dismal for a four-hour outing, ten minutes to drive grandson's car to the garage, the rest to get home, with a stop off for a haircut, first for a year.

Had to walk to Birtley again to bring grandson's Punto back.
Saw this first, two doors from the IONIQ 5 seen yesterday.
Leaf 1
Leaf 1
Then two white Tesla 3's, first on an industrial estate road, driving towards me but too slow with the camera phone.
Then an identical one just after taking this from a footbridge over the A1M. Had stood there for ten minutes. As soon as I put the phone in my pocket it appeared, I thought at first it was the first one again, but hear identical reg plates but the first a 20 and the next a 70.

Then this

Then a Lexus hybrid parked half on the footpath and on double yellow lines, and a Toyota hybrid parked right in front of it a minute later.

Then

Another Ionic.

Another Toyota hybrid.

Only ever seen one Polestar.
I don't see many usually. My derisory observational skills at fault I expect. Those were mainly sitting targets, practically fell over most of them.

And I thought the BMW was an Audi R8 until I saw the charging lead.
First saw it yesterday when I dropped the car off. Marks place (The War Room) is adjacent to the garage.

They're not easy to spot as their style is "modern generic", and they have an unusual badge that isn't easy to recognise either. (I still couldn't describe the badge although I know it when I see it)

I've actually seen quite a lot of Polestar 2's around.

Not just Polestars Simon but electric cars in general. I frequently only register cars as cars, not specific sub categories. As long as I don't collide with them, all is good. I am mainly looking for potential hazards.
If I am walking I have a better chance to recognise them but see fewer cars so fewer electric cars.

I've seen a few Polestars and thought they were Citroen based not Volvo owned. It seems Citroen agree...

This one is a first for me, not that I have seen a Renault Zoe for the first time, but I cant recall ever seeing a red one.

yes it looks black on the photo but it really is a striking orangey bronze metallic.

and another fleeting spot a very shiny striking orange on a Peugeot I'd say 2008-e

The car park photo with the sun beating down on the cars is a good reflection of how it turned out to be very hot and sunny in patches after a dullish start to the day with a cool breeze.
