Limp Nightmare P1198 407 HDI SW.
Fuel flow regulator was replaced and it didn't fix my issue.
After DPF delete and EGR delete and remap by HDI tunning is when my issues started.
I was getting DPF was getting clogged warnings.
Goes into limp mode at 80mph but sometimes I can go 100mph sometimes I can go only 65mph before limp mode.

We won’t comment on deletion of emissions equipment as we don’t condone it in this Forum, as it’s illegal for road going vehicles. Please read the acceptable usage policy Section A7:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=56502
If you have had this done then expect problems. You should of had the car properly diagnosed, but it is likely the DPF needed cleaning or there may of been a perfectly fixable issue. I would suggest you get that sorted before anything else.

Maybe not for the OP as he's in America.GiveMeABreak wrote: ↑23 Jun 2019, 18:35We won’t comment on deletion of emissions equipment as we don’t condone it in this Forum, as it’s illegal for road going vehicles.

I'm well aware of that. Despite the OPs profile saying he's not in the UK, the company he referred to is a UK based company, but regardless, there will be issues to be expected because of removal of emissions equipment. Until those are restored, it's not something that we can assist with, especially as the Engine ECU has been remapped.

Could be back pressure in the exhaust due to a clogged cat or exhaust, try disconnecting it an running it - somewhere quiet!
