Hello,
I have a set of xantia 2.0 turbo front brake calipers a new set of 283x26 disks and a new set of pads. I tried to install them on my 1.6 xantia x1 but there is a problem. Calipers could be installed on the knuckle hub but the disks could not sit on the center of the caliper! Is there a solution to the problem or only to change the knuckle hubs?
Thank you very much
Best regards

I am not sure of the exact compatibility of brake parts, but Xantias fitted with engines that use the ML5 transmission (TCT, V6 and HDI 110) have a wider front track and use different hubs and carriers.
Re: Xantia activa 2.0 TCT front brakes on 1.6i
Thank you very much for your quick answer. The use of hubs and carriers of a Tct Is it possible to be installed on my car? With stock 1.6 axles etc. or is it possible to use 283x22 discs with tct calipers because in this way the problem will be solved
Thank you very much
Thank you very much

I am not sure about that. I think that you may need longer driveshafts, but the ML5 driveshafts would not fit your BE3 transmission.

Yes i understand! I think that a solution would be to use the 283x22 disks with the stock tct calipers but could this be done? In order to be safe of course.
Thank you
