I checked the three relays - visual check - and they look fine with no sign of burn. I'll have to check if they are functioning.

Ping the relay covers off, and check and clean the internal contacts.
Check the relay sockets too: emery or glasspaper the female connectors, and close them up a bit before refitting the relays.
Good idea to check each relay electrically, before refitting.
