Room 101 is too good for the fitters who wind their windy-guns up full-tilt though...

I'm trying to think of a decent punishment for them...

Shovelling the contents of Room 101 into the blast furnace?

Can we put locking wheel nuts in here and if they are already in, then put them in again?

Commentators, I tend to watch quite a lot of tv with the mute button pressed, just wish they'd build a tv with a 'cut the commentary without losing the atmosphere' button.

Boycott rabbiting on at the cricket is probably the worst.

Not for the cycling coverage on ITV4 please Gibbo [-o<

I rather enjoy Ned Boulting and David Millar commentating on the major stage races... They are both very professional, very knowledgeable and very informative...

Truth is, watching cycling with the mute button pressed even the biggest fan would have trouble following the close intricacies of the race.

And don't ever remove the commentators who do a fine job on Saturday afternoons on BBC 3CR at MK Dons matches... They bring the game alive on the wireless. A rare skill I believe...

MK Dons need to go in Room 101 though. They're rubbish this year and bring great sadness to us loyal supporters :( They are a disgrace to League 1 and the town

Other sports I cannot comment on...

I'd put the locking wheel nuts in room 101 if I could get them off, horrid things. I agree 100% about the commentary, the only sport I watch is snooker, I watch it on a television so i can actually see what's going on. I don't need someone telling me that Ronnie missed or Ding played the snooker etc. I do like listening to football matches on the radio, that's real commentary, had just my 2/-

Another thing that aggravates is...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................long pauses, intended to raise the suspense in quiz programmes but actually utterly boring.

And quizmasters who seem to be paid by the word so never shut up.

Love it! Our Ned is well-known for it but it truly adds to the fun and enjoyment of his commentary... Lightens up tense moments a treat ;)

Sadly this never happened. Although Jonathan Agnew's "Leg Over"certainly did. And even now, he enjoys the odd double entendre......

Ay up!

During the brief period that Channel 4 had live Test Cricket I thought I'd have to mute the goggle box and put the radio on, before discovering they had taken on the BBC's TV team including the incomparable Richie Benaud.

I'd certainly put Sky's team in Room 101, even if it is full of people who SHOULD know what they are talking about.....

Who could forget Murray Walker? "For really spectacular driving watch THIS!!!!" I'd put Sky's F1 team in room 101 too.....
