Well as the title states, I've got rupture in my supply pipe running from front to rear.

The fracture appears to be above the fuel tank. I can't get any closer to confirm. So it looks like fuel tank out to check and fix.

Marc, Can you confirm the part no's for the pipe. I have 5270vp and 5270 wp there's also and 2 way joint.

My Citroen c5 2.0 hdi nav 2009 as started revving at about 1100 revs when idle since I replaced the copper washer seals on my injectors. The only thing that makes it drop to normal is when I press the brake until I release the brake it goes back to 1100.

I have a Citroen/Peugeot hdi 1.6 engine in my Ford Fiesta that’s refusing to start. I can crank the engine but it doesn’t do much more.

Im led to believe there’s a fuel issue, I tried to bleed the fuel system using a bulb and could hear air bubbles around the injectors when fuel was being forced into the system but it still will not start....

Will upload the picture tomorrow from my C5 X7 - the one from the trip computer that shows miles , average mph and mpg.

One of the coolant hoses connecting the oil cooler to the radiator ruptured on my Xantia 2 1.9TD. As per Citroen's Servicebox, the OEM part is 1307LN. This hose is nowhere to be found, so I checked the same hose for a Xantia 1 1.9TD with a/c and there the OEM number is 1307AK, and this hose is readily available.

in order to remove bearing outer ring inside without damaging plastic seal protector:
step 1:
find a thick washer that fits to the end of bearing outer ring.

step 2:
apply thick coat of oil to exposed area of rear suspension arm bearing housing in order to keep it clean and smooth from welding spatters

step3:
weld washer to bearing outer...

Re Xsara Picasso 1.6DOHC petrol, the engine / BSM fuse box under the bonnet.
Fuse layout is not the same as in either of the owners handbooks I have.
Are there pics somewhere on the Forum of the different layouts and fuse number decodes?

On mine fuse 15 is missing, does that matter as everything (except the aircon, which I don't use anyway)...

Which number is my ORGA-number?
.....and what does the other numbers mean?
