One remaining bolt on clutch replacement

Post by JohnMatic »

Hi Forum,

I have completed my clutch replacement on my 2010 Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDi and I have one remaining part that is included in the attached photos.

As you would know, I had to remove quite a few things to get the new clutch installed.

I have spent hours with my flashlight looking for this part's location. It is somewhat unique so I was hoping someone would recognise it and point me towards success.

Many thanks, John

Found it!

It held in the wiring harness and was next to the 3rd bolt of the starter, on the left wheel side. It was nearly impossible to see until the battery box was fully removed and even then I needed this mirror. Photos attached if anyone is interested.

My Berlingo running perfect again. Replacing that clutch was very difficult.

Thank you Steve Walsh.
