Oh no! Dave's gone into shouty clickbait titles. He's got enough "subscribers" to make a decent enough living from his one video a week/no ads output without resorting to those tactics.

He usually tells you something you didn't know before. Here's his latest on the subject matter of this thread. Video is in the spoiler. My title would be

Pylon Wires
Spoiler: show

Oh no! Dave's still doing shouty clickbait titles.

He usually tells you something you didn't know before though, gives subject matter a thorough well-researched and fair treatment, and a nice dose of entertaining sarcasm to boot.

Video is in the spoiler. My title would be the same as his, but without the shouty big font

Small Modular Reactors-The Verdict

Has anyone seen the strange concrete HV pylons alongside the M5 between Taunton and Bristol. Wondered what they were when I first saw them but went that way today and the have insulators and cables on them. Are they for a special purpose or prototypes?

Pure speculation here Peter, I wonder if they are to do with linking the new solar power cable being installed across the Bay of Biscay from west Africa to the new power station under construction in Somerset? :)
