Would anyone like to save my C5 VTR 2.0 HDI estate 2004??
This has been a fabulous car & faithful friend for many years & 300,000 miles. Recently suffered water pump failure when things got a bit too hot. Fitted a new water pump, timing belt kit etc but failed block test, suspect head gasket has gone & all that that entails. I don't have the time to resurrect it & it would be great if someone could step forward to save this Mk1 from the ignominy of scrappage.
Many new parts over the years, recent tyres, always quality oil & frequent changes. Looks terrific buffed up as it's black. Tuning module & workshop manual included!
Location is near Wokingham. Need to be quick due to storage pressure - please help
