The two heated screen buttons are rear heated screen and blower on full tilt to demist the windscreen etc , definitely no heated front screen on a Laguna 3 . Pretty sure the sat nav is Sd card and the slot is near the screen . If your getting a Laguna 3 go for the 150/175bhp models in a dynamique model or above . My only issue was a slightly hard ride but that was with 18" alloys , on the plus side it handled pretty good for a large estate car .

The Sat Nav maps are held on an SD card. Slightly annoying, the Sat Nav screen can't be turned off when not in use as you loose the radio function.
I'm happy with my car so far, it is a massive step up from the Mk1 Citroen C5.
