405 diesel estate n reg

hi all i've got a 405 diesel estate on an n registration and the immobiliser keeps on cutting in is there any way of bypassing it would appreciate any help please

keypad immobiliser? if so, pull the unit out of the console, enter the code, start the car and unplug the keypad.

note this bypasses the immob altogether so would make it easier to steal.

If disconnecting the keypad as described above does not fix it then the pump can be de-armoured and the immobiliser module sitting above the stop solenoid can be removed and provision made to operate the stop solenoid from an ignition-switched supply.

Removing the armour is difficult and risky (for good reason) and the pump must be removed from the engine to do so...

I can offer some guidance if necessary...

just to say, I'm also the owner of a 'n' plate 405 D estate, I've run two 405's as daily drivers since 2006 and also have a source of spares, some of which are starting to become scarce. Feel free to ask for help or advice
