Hi , hope someone can help me with my problem
I have a 2.2 hdi 2010 relay van which is currently stumping me .
it was running fine then one day devolped starting problems . once it started it ran fine with no issuses .
eventually it got to the point where it just wouldn't start.or sometimes it would.
first thing I did was chnge the fuel filter . still the same . really hard to start and would run fine.
next I checked the high pressure fuel pump . all was ok with that.
next was the injectors had them tested they was perfect.still same problem though
next i ran a fuel line from fuel tank to fuel filter read about air in the system .still wouldnt start .
i have noticed now that if i primed the fuel system (turn the ignition on and off 10 times) it will start but now it will cut out if you rev test it and then die it will tick over no problem.
does anyone know if the pick up pump in tank should run after the van starts or is it just for priming ?
is there a relay for it ,cant find any diagrams online for the relays . i have tested the pump it pumps for the first couple of seconds when ignition is turned on the cuts out.

Re: Citroen relay van
Hi, and to the Forum.
Before you can really hope to track down the fault you will need to get a Lexia onto her, to read off the error codes. Anything else will just be guesswork. Fortunately there are some forum members who not only have such a device, but are also willing to help out. Here is the link;

Re: Citroen relay van
thanks for the reply
does anyone have a diagram for the relays in the engine bay all I can find is the fuses.
plus question is does tank fuel pump run when engine is running?

Re: Citroen relay van
Did you ever get to the bottom of this fault on your van.
Unfortunately I am having exactly the same issue. Replaced and tested so many parts but nothing.
Any help would be appreciated
