Hi guys,
Just as a head's up, Car Mechanics magazine is featuring my climate control article in the next issue (May 2015), which is basically a strip-down a replacement of the heater flaps on a C5 II (and Peugeot 407, as it shares the same heater-box). It covers removal from the C5, then dismantling the box.
As an extra tip, some of the flap prices on eBay are more expensive that those of the main dealer!
