CCC North West Group have arranged a day at the Lakeland Motor Museum on Saturday 9th September, for those who wish to stay over for the weekend, the local classic car club have a 'Drive it Day' on Sunday 10th September, which I've been told we're welcome to join.

Could be a fun day out, especially as it's the w/e before Widecombe Fair, which means a long one in Devon for me - so I could afford a day away.

Some of are driving up on Friday, we are meeting up at Forton Services (northbound side) about 10am before heading further north to tackle the Hardknott pass......

For those of you who want to keep your Car looking tip top during the weekend, there is a hand car wash just 10 minutes from the Lakeland Motor Museum in Ulverston. It's called Top Shine car wash and it's post code is LA12 9AU.
