I found online a steering wheel with buttons in a much better condition. My question is: if I switch my wheel to this one, will the controls work with my van? I am only interested in the volume...

this is on a c4 grand picasso 2012 has just had a new dpf fitted and about 2 or 3 weeks later i get the dpf warning back again this is why i had a new dpf filter.
i have put a new dpf pressure sensor on and still the same. it gets 7 milibar at idle and 120 milibar at 3000rpm stationary. Could it be the dpf additive needs refilling?

I have just changed my 2015 diesel semiauto exclusive plus for a 2020 petrol auto flair plus.
Things I have noticed: petrol engine has to work harder so noisier but not significantly so. Fuel consumption up from 51mpg to 41mpg. Auto box much, much smoother.

Hi guys, hoping someone can help. Dispatch van the horn started going off while parked up. Now it stopped after about a minute then proceed to beep every few minutes. On wheelsize.com, and a few other sites, they list the 2.2hdi version of the C5 mk1 as having 215/65 r16s as an option from the factory. Has anyone ever owned a mk1 c5 with tires that big? Or is the site just wrong? the link is here

Ok a couple days ago got back to the car and my key fob would not open the car, my other half had her fob which worked,so at home I have put a new battery in my fob it still will not open or lock the car and will not start the car unless I put the fob into the dash,has anybody got a solution to this .

What can I do? what is the size of this T40mm screw if I were to get a new screw?

First the symptoms, gears select and the changes are smooth apart from sometimes I struggle to get it out of fifth, it then seems to disengage but the stick is stiff and doesn't appear to be connected to anything then with some jiggling it will go into second or fourth depending on how it feels.

Don't know yet exactly what broke to make it happen , but had a large coolant leak (more than 2.5 Liters went out)
The thermostat housing or other plastic tube is the suspect. Only Monday will know.
Anyway , my biggest shock was that unlike the previous C5 , this X7 doesn't warn about low coolant level :shock:
